• Payment Metadata: Transaction history and payment token metadata handled via secure PCI-DSS certified payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We never store raw credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
• Booking & Usage Data: Reservation dates, chosen pickup and drop-off hubs, vehicle preferences, and trip mileage logs.

We use the collected information strictly for operational and safety purposes:

• To process and manage your vehicle reservations and security deposit authorizations.
• To authenticate your driver's license and verify identity prior to vehicle release.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure and service partners necessary to fulfill our services:

• Payment Processors: Secure gateways (such as Stripe) that manage payment authorization, deposit holds, and refunds.
• Cloud & Storage Providers: Encrypted cloud hosting and media infrastructure for hosting documents and vehicle photos securely.
• Emergency Roadside & Fleet Partners: Local roadside assistance providers dispatched during active emergencies.
• Legal Compliance: When compelled by valid legal process or regulatory bodies under applicable Nigerian law.

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All web communications are encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

We retain booking and transactional records for the duration required to comply with statutory accounting and tax regulations in Nigeria, after which data is securely purged or anonymized.
